Our Engineering Assistance Department is available to assist the design process with general advice, best practice methods for code compliance, and/or even complete CAD drawings. LC&D has developed a suite of online tools to assist in the collaboration and design process:

  • Unity lighting control software, is an intuitive software application which may be used to design a complete lighting control system to any level of detail you desire.
   

Factory Pre-programming

To get your project up and running as fast as possible, LC&D factory pre-programs all systems prior to shipment (unless otherwise specified).

   

Remote Dial Up Programming

LC&D offers Pro-Active CST™ Customer Support Technology. After turn-over, we contact your clients and ensure that their lighting controls are operating at peak efficiency. We offer dial-up programming for the life of the system. Changes are made while your client is on the phone with our tech support crew.

Every aspect of our system may be remotely programmed, adjusted, monitored and maintained - all at no cost to your client.

On-Site Support
LC&D offers on-site support. If you require or prefer a trained LC&D technician to conduct system start-up on-site, or are in need of on site troubleshooting, simply fill out the applicable request form.  You can submit this electronically or by printing and faxing it in to Technical Support at 323-226-1000.  You will hear back from the LC&D project manager for your region within 48 hours. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks lead time for scheduling
