| Q: |
I
have the low voltage portions of the system hooked up. Some or all
of the system does not work or respond. What should I do? |
| A: |
Make
sure all devices are daisy-chained per the manual. Loops and spurs
are not allowed.
Did you terminate the low voltage bus? For instruction or details
on how to do this,
please refer to the manual.
Make sure low voltage conductors are not flipped from device to device.
The most common mistake
is to flip the A and B connections. For details
refer to the manual.
Make sure that the A and B connections are
done with a split single pair, and not a pair for each.
Make sure that the low voltage cable was not run in the same conduit
or tray as line voltage conductors.
If all of the above check out properly, please contact the factory.

Lights
will not turn off..what should I check before contacting the factory? |
| A: |
Is the
relay panel turned on? Check three things:
1. Is the breaker supplying power to the relay panel electronics
turned on?
2. Is the Selector Switch at the Power Input Card set for the
correct power supply voltage?
3. Are all three LED lights at the top of the control card
on? (Red. Green, and Amber)?
If not, please contact the factory.
Is the relay panel in Hand mode? If so, set the panel
to Auto mode.
If individual relays are not properly functioning, refer to the Relay
Troubleshooting Guide below.
If all of the above check out properly, please contact the factory.

| Q: |
Lights
are turning off frequently (every couple of hours or less)
Switch LEDs are blinking...
Lights are blinking and then turning off...what
does this mean? |
| A: |
This
is a standard time clock program. The blinking lights are a warning
to occupants that lights are about to be shut off. Lights should blink
close to the end of the business day. To extend lighting press the
appropriate manual bypass switch. Not sure which switch is which?
Contact the factory.
If lights are being shut off in the middle of the day, please contact
the factory to arrange for time clock schedule adjustments.
