Troubleshooter
Description:
We are expanding our Technical Support team. We’re seeking a motivated and reliable Troubleshooters with the following attributes:
- Electrical/Electronics knowledge
- Experience in the Electrical field
- Facile with computers
- Knowledge & experience with Word & Excel
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems over the phone
- Great people & communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Easily & coolly handle stressful situations
- Ability to communicate technical instructions over the phone and in person
MAJOR PLUS:
- Prior Technical Support Skills
- Prior Field Tech experience
This job requires one to be a proactive, positive, competent, composed hands-on team player as well as working independently in the field.
This position will have the following duties:
- Contact our clients for troubleshooting of our system
- Make outbound phone calls for system start up
- Occasionally go into the field for training/troubleshooting

We’re seeking Regional Sales Managers and Factory Sales People in Key Markets and Metropolitan areas. Applicants should have the following attributes:
- Familiarity with the Lighting Industry
- Have a very good grasp of technical products.
- Knowledge of Lighting Controls & Codes
- Super literate with computers
MAJOR PLUS:
- Electrical Engineer
- Familiarity with specifying engineers in the East and Southeastern US
This job requires one to be a hands-on, roll up your sleeve and get the job done contributor – while working independently in a fast paced, intense, team based environment.

This position will have the following duties:
- Further establish, train, assist, and motivate our Reps in your region.
